http://www.mailtribune.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20100225/NEWS/2250315As I told the Commissioners, THIS IS NOT ABOUT SOHS and it certainly is not about how poorly they planned for their future ten years ago or whether or not they helped Jack Walker pay for a roof when he asked. Where was Jack's fiscal oversight when, by his own statements, the County was charged with approving the a…

Everybody loves Friday, but I'm
striving to share something else I love each Friday. Friday Faves will
feature things that I like and think that others might enjoy, too.
I introduced a bonus fave yesterday, but I strive to be a blogger of my word, so I'm adding another today. (See there is lots to like in this big, ole world.)
The whole world can love the Olympics, which start tonight in Vancouver. The opening ceremony should offer a daz…

Everybody loves Friday, but I'm striving to share something else I love each Friday. Friday Faves will feature things that I like and think that others might enjoy, too.A friend once told me my tastes weren't just eclectic, but downright eccentric. I can't say she was wrong. It's just that there's so much interesting stuff out there in that big ole world. And I get excited about showing others the shiny pebbles that I find, so that's what I'm do…

When roguecurrent.com members log in, they are greeted by a simple question — "What brings you here?" — at the top of their pages. This friendly feature is common on social networks.
Facebook has status updates where people share how they’re feeling, what they’re doing or what they’re thinking with their friends and others around them. Twitter asks "What are you doing?" and gives you 140 characters to tell the world.
That’s exactly what the roguecurrent.com update is about, too. Members’ updat…
