Another dip in the Great Recession?

Elizabeth Warren, who has played a major role in the creation of the new Consumer Protection Agency, and Wall Street Journal reporters Carrick Mollenkamp and Lingling Wei are predicting another real-estate crisis. This time it’s in commercial properties, and it looks big enough to create the second notch in a W-shaped recession.

We had better start paying attention to them. Expensive advertising promises technological miracles that will save us from our energy predicament, and many people seem to buy that message.
